Privacy Notice

Last updated: 3 October 2026

TeacherDox helps teachers keep a teaching diary and helps headmasters and education officials see it. This notice explains, in plain words, what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

In short: we collect only what we need to make your diary. Your headmaster and the education officials for your school's mandal and district can see it. Voice audio is not stored. Anything you remove is deleted, not hidden. Everything is stored in India.
